Pam Johnson, LCSW-S

I have almost 30 years of counseling experience, and have been in private practice since 2009. I have worked with a wide variety of populations and issues. I am also a Certified Bariatric Counseling Specialist treating Bariatric surgery candidates. I have worked with Huntsville Memorial Hospital's Heritage Program for Senior Adults (an intensive outpatient Geri-psych program), Montgomery County Youth Services, the Tri-County MHMR crisis team, and several home health and hospice agencies. I have had dozens of clinical supervisees and been a field instructor for several different universities. I have taught numerous CEU Workshops, classes at Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, and have been adjunct faculty at SHSU in the Criminal Justice Department. I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Houston in 1996. I am licensed by the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - Supervisor (30569), and am bound by their Code of Conduct.
